Superhero, Me!
One
morning I woke up and I could fly. I
couldn’t believe it. I could fly with the
birds and I could go higher then the clouds.
It was fun for a little bit but then I started to get board but not of
flying. I had nothing to do with my
super power that is why I was board so I decided to find a way to use my super
power and I had a great idea.
I decided to use my power to help people in troble. I saved
fifteen kitty and I had to get my sisters kite out of
our tree. I was tired and I wanted to go
to sleep.
I had just now relized it but I
was dreaming. I woke up with a yon and
said even though I was just a dream it stile was cool. NMES
Early this morning when the sun shone bright gold I woke
to the sound of burds chirping. When I stood to find my dog on the floor, I
found that even though he was on the floor, I wasn’t!
I paniked and grabbed the
wheeling ceiling fan and spun round and round until I was farred
to let go I went zooming out the window!
Falling, falling to the ground I fell until I just had to close my eyes,
when suddenly, it stopped! I opened my eyes to find I was flying!
My dog looked out of my window and started to bark
noisily, when suddenly he jumped!
Quickly, I flew over and cought him just in
time. Carefully, I flew us back up and
through my open window, set him down by my bed, and sat down in thin air, wandering
what to do next.
I tried many interesting things and finily
got so tired I layed back down and fell asleep
again. I loved my superhero day! NMES
As I woke one hot summer day, I opend the window.
I had forgot that my fat wallet was on top of
it, and it fell out the 3 storie window! I quickly
fell my 3 storie window, and found I could fly! Yes,
fly! Faster than super man ever could.
I can fly! I yelled I could fly faster than the speed of
light. I started flying around the
neighborhood, and suddenly it hit me.
No, not the post! A thought. A
thought that these powers must have been given to me to do good for others.
I must save people hurt, or about to get hurt. I thought. I quickly flew around the city
looking for some one to save. All of the
sudden, the house I was flying over went up in flames! I heard screams of
terror, so there must have been someone hurt.
I quickly flew into the large beautiful house, covered in horrible
flames. There was a little girl, and her
mom, standing there surrounded in flames. I had to think of something
fast. So I started fixing in the
opposite direction up torwards the sky. From there I raced straight down and went
through the ceiling so fast it didn’t hurt me.
I then grabbed the moms hands
and the she grabbed my ankles while her daughter grabbed hers. I then flew them out of the house to a safe
place.
At the end of the day, I had saved many other people, and
had flown home to rest. I felt sad that
my super power was gone, but at least I did good with
the little I got. NMES
One morning when I woke up I was a superhero! The first
thing I did was decide to see if I had any good powers. To my amazement I could fly! All I had to do
was think of flying with the birds in the clouds. The first time I tried it I crashed. When I got used to it I went to the moon.
I had one of the greatest powers in the world! I went to
After I got back from Mars, I decided to get some people
for my next trip. I got all the poor
people in the world to meet in
I hope that someday soon I will get to be a super hero
again. It was fun to fly to Mars and
back. When I went over 90 mph I would
float through the clouds. I am so sad
that I don’t have my powers any more. At
least, I know what it was like to fly. TES
One morning when I woke up I
didn’t feel right, I felt like I could lift up my whole house. I jumped out of
bed and looked in one mirror, and to my amazement I had muscles the size of
watermelons. Then I found out I had one
of super mans powers. Right then and there I decided today was going to be a
fun day.
When I walked to school I wore a puffy jacket. Why did I were it you ask? I wore it because
I had a big plan. There was a bully at
school that always picked on me. So when
he came to pick on me I took off my jacket, and unvealed my secret.
For some reason the bully ran off. He must have seen my gigantic muscles. At
school no one bothered me. After school
I went off to do hero stuff. I round up
bad guys every where.
All of a sudden a dreib shot
me. The next day I woke up in the
hospital. I didn’t feel like I could lift my house up. I looked at my arms they were scrawny. Even though it was fun it couldn’t last
forever. TES
One day I woke up to find that I could fly! First, I
taught myself how to fly. While I was
teaching myself to fly I crashed in to trees, houses, and the ground. I was extremely afraid that I would break a
few bones. After a few crashes I finally
was able to fly.
Later, I decided to go out to fly. I then realized how beautiful our town looked
from above. Suddenly a plane was right
in front of me so I swerved and turned, but for all my efforts I only barely
missed the plane. I then decided that it
was time to go home.
After that dangerous trip I thought I should walk
some. While I was walking I came across
a blocked road. I had to fly because
there was no other way to continue. When
I got back I went to sleep because I was tired.
The next day I could no longer fly, therefore I thought
yesterday might have been a dream, but if it wasn’t a dream all my bruises I
got from learning how to fly would be meaningless. TES
Yesterday, I woke up to find myself as a superhero. Strangely, I don’t know how I came to be who
I was. Moving things with my mind, that
was my awesome power. Suddenly, I
realized I could do anything I set my mind to.
All I had to do was think about moving an object and it went to my
destination choice. After I had gotten
ready that morning, I heard an ear piercing cry for help.
Bravely, I jumped on my bike and scurried in the
direction of the horrible scream. Then,
I saw someone falling off the side of their roof. A trampoline was in the yard next door.
Hurriedly, I demanded the trampoline to fly under the
extremely young girl. Hoping to catch
the girl if she missed her target, I sprinted over to the trampoline’s side.
She fell, hitting the trampoline hard.
Dashing inside she said, “thank you”. While I moved the trampoline back
to it’s original spot.
That night before I fell asleep, I was so proud I had saved a small
girl’s life! TES
I wake up Christmas morning. I go downstairs, and see that my sister’s
already down there. There is one huge
present for me. I wonder what it
is. I look harder. I couldn’t belive
my eyes! I could see right through it.
That is when I found out I had x-ray vision, and now I
still have that power a few years later.
My life has certainly improved since then.
One time Pepsi had a contest, if you bought a box and it
said you were a winner, inside the box you won a million dollars! Well when I heard that I went down to the
super market, looked at all the boxes, and picke the
winning box out!
One time, I was playing poker and this guy bet his limo
with a guy to drive it! I thought he
must have a good hand I used my x-ray vision and saw he was bluffing. So I called him, he laid down his cards, and
I won.
Once I was walking past a bank. I saw two guys, they looked weird. I used my x-ray vision and saw they had whole
lot of weapons under there coat, and They were going
into the bank! I called all they were
caught, and non one was hurt.
In High school I made this one guy mad. So he and his buddy where going to play a trick
on me. So I was on my way to the
classroom, and his buddy was coming to talk to me. So we talked foa
little, and from a classroom I heard a laugh I used my x-ray vision and saw a
kid telling a teacher a joke. I didn’t
think much of it, but I looked at mirror in the classroom and saw the guy I
ticked off coming up from behind me. I
whipped around he was surprised he fell.
Then went to get to my classroom.
Yep I have done many things in my life because of x-ray
vision, and It’s kinda cool
to know that you’re the only one who has x-ray vision. WPS
Yesterday, I woke up and found that I was a heroine
called Super Girl. I had one of Super
Man’s powers. It was flying.
Unfortunately, I only got it for one day.
Flying around the neighborhood was fun.
I even got a sidekick.
She was my best friend. Her name
was Fantastic Heroine. Fantastic Heroine
could fly as well.
We were flying around town when we noticed we had to save
our school. The horrifying Homework
Monster was attacking it. Fantastic Heroine
and I had to pull together and use teamwork.
By flying up behind him and scaring him, we defeated the Homework
Monster! WPS
If I woke up and I was a super hero I would like to
fly. I would go to the mall, buy myself
without having my mom take me. Then when
bed time came I could fly to bed in sted of
walking. Finally then on Sunday’s and
Wednesday I could fly to church.
Well since I like to help people I could fly them places
if they didn’t have cars. Maby even my mom could pitch in and give me some money to
buy food for them. And If they were homles I could give
them shelter.
Me and my friends really like adventures so I would take
them on one. And we could go digging for
buried tresure.
Well we did go digging and guess what we found gold.
Well it is all most
One sunny morning I woke up and noticed I had poer I flew to my door to go down stairs. As fast as I could I went outside.
When I flew outside to my friends brick house she had
power too. We went flying together.
A hour later we went to McDonald’s
drive through. They took our order. They
said, “three dollars and ten cents. Please drive around.” We flew around to the
window. They were amzed. We said, “What?” I gave them the money and we
got our food.
Later we went to Dollywood for
free! We flew all the way to Tennessee Tornado.
When it left one of us raced the roller coaster. Kayliegh
want to go on a safe, little kid ride. I
told her she could. We flew all day.
After we went to Dollywood she
went home. I flew on a bridge nad thought about the things we
did. I flew home and went to sleep. RSS
Wow I have super mans ability to be really really strong. I ran
down town I helped people in car crases. I helped people wose
house is burning down and help the community.
I went back to my house and got a call from someone
saying they were being robed at road side.
I jump up out of my seat lik a bolt of
lightning. I dashed out the wood door
and to road side. I got there and saw
two men standing over the cash regester. The polece soon arrived
and to them away.
I was on my way back home and a car flew by me like the
brake went out. I stood there for a
second or so then it started to go off a dangeresley
step and rockery hill. They were about
to go off and I caught them. A ambulance showed up and took them home and I went hom to.
I got home and went to bed. I wock up the next
morning and I was back to normal. I will
never foget my day I was super man. RSS
One morning I woke up and I was a superhero, but I only
had one power! I could fix things including people! All I had to do was point
my finger at whatever I wanted to heal! I was walking down the street and I saw
somebody laying on the ground holding their
stomach. I pointed at him and he got up
and jumped up and down. He thanked me
and left.
Then my friends, parents, and I went to eat lunch. One of my friends fell and almost killed
herself, so I helped her. My mom about
had to go to the hospital and I helped her, too.
After that we all went to the fair, my friends go on a
ride that broke and almost fell all the way to the ground! I fixed it in a
second! I helped the people that got hurt, too.
Finally, we all went and ate ice cream and had a couple
of laughs. That was a terrific day. I healed people, fixed rides, and best of all
I spent time with my friends and family.
The next morning I woke up and my power was gone. Nobody ever knew how I got my power that day. RSS
One morning I woke up and looked exactly like
superman. I couldn’t believe it. I wondered if it was real. Finally I decided it was real, but I still
didn’t know what to do.
After awhile of thinking I decided to try some of
superman’s powers. I kept trying them
but none of them worked. Then I decided
to try flying. Amazingly it worked. In fact, I was an excellent flyer. I could
fly anywhere. Then I decided to go look
for some danger.
A few seconds later something hit me. I wondered if I had a side kick like
Robin. Then I heard a call for
help. Quickly I flew down to see what
was wrong. When I got there I saw
somebody that looked almost like Robin.
I figured that was my side kick so I went over
to him. I ask him what the problem was
he said that one of our eviel viliens
had broken into the nearby bank. We went
into investigate.
When we had almost solved the case I woke up. I sure wish I would have slept longer so I
would have know which vielin
broke into the bank. RSS
One morning I woke up as a superhero. I didn’t have a clue how it happened. I also found out that I had one power. I thought to myself ”this
is amazing!” My power was that I could lift really heavy things. I started thinking what to practice my
power. I finally got an idea. I could try lifting cars up.
So, I ran out side looking for a car. After I found a car, I ran over to it. At first, I thought “I can’t do this!” But I
talked myself into it. Here goes
nothing! I lifted it up. This is easy. It’s like lifting and apple. I kept on lifting cars intill
I got tired of lifting them. I wanted
something heavyer. So I started walking down the
street. Finally, I fought something
really really heavy an eighteen wheeler truck. I started to lift that up intill
I heard a loud scream. I turned around
and there a little girl was trapped under neath a
fallen swing seat. I rushed over to her.
Her mom and dad was inside a
sleep and did not now she was trapped.
So I lifted the swing up and she crowld
out. She was safe and unharmed. She ran and went back inside. I started dancing because I could not belive I had just saved a little girl.
That was the morning I woke up as superhero and had one
power and asved a little girl. RSS
One day I woke up and I was superwoman. First, I went down stairs and couldn’t
believe what I saw. Then, I ran back up
stairs and got dressed for my amazing new adventure. After I got dressed, I went to my window and
looked down. I yelled for my mom and dad
they didn’t answer. I finally realized
that I live by myself. It was so
exciting that I could be like superwoman.
The first thing I tried out was the powers, but none of
them worked. Finally, I found a power
that worked. It was flying. I thought it was amazing. I could fly over everything. I could go anywhere I wanted.
The first place I went was to my garage to see if I could
do anything else sense I was super women. When I got to the garage I saw the best black
car. It looked just like the bat mobil except better.
Later, I was flying around when some thing or some one
was calling for help. I followed the
voice. When I got to the house, I saw
smoke flames, and children screaming. I
thought to myself to myself. I can’t do this alone I said. Suddenly, I heard a
voice that said I’m here to help you get the kids and parents out of the house. I had no clue who
that person was, but whoever it was had a blue, red, and yellow suit on. I thought it was superman.
I will never forget that I had so many powers. I had
superman as my partner. I will never
forget the day I was superwomen. RSS
I
will never forget the day I got my superpowers.
It all started on my first day of summer vacation.
BOOM! I had awake suddenly to find a huge hole in
the wall. Then I relized
I had super power! So I went to get
dressed very quickly and scurried downstairs.
When
I entered to sit down my mom ask what all the noise was about. I told her excitedly that I had super
powers. She went upstairs with dad to
look at the hole. After I showed her I
had powers with another hold in the wall she called the doctor. I had been told to sit on the couch so I sat
listening to her talk. After sitting a
while it was time to get in the car to go to the hospital. We hopped into our shiny blue car and drove
off. When we got there and checked in it
wasn’t long before we got called back in a room. The doctor did many tests but stil foundnothing wrong with
me. He’d never seen anything like this
before. All he could tell me to do was
to try not to destroymuch and it might wear off.
When
we stopped for lunch on the way home I blew up a sign but didn’t hur anyone. We
ordered hamburgers and headed home. I atemy burger and watched T. V. the rest of the day. Meanwhile mom was calling and telling family
members all about this. After a long day
I finally went to bed and drifted asleep.
In
the morning I still had the poer. And we never found out what caused it. I still have it today.

I
woke up one morning and let out a huge yawn.
I got out of bed and crept downstairs.
I
sat down at our little, brown, wooden table.
Mom placed a piled plate of hot, crispy bacon and delicious sausage in
front of my face. After I ate it all I
asked mom if I could go to the mall with my friends. She said yes.
I
walked outside hurridly. Man was it hot.
“Oh
no” I shrieked. The bus drove
past me. I had to
walk.
Fninally
I met my friends at themall.
As
we met I noticed a huge construction hold.
Just
as I was walking around it my friend, Kyle fell in it.
We
all huddled around him franticly. Suddenly I felt the erge
to reach down for him. I stuck my arm
down the nasty hold.
Kyle
grabbed my arm and I pulled him up.
It
was weird. As if I had the strength of a
heroine.
I
finally got him out but my shirt ripped at the sleeve.
Then
I heard my mother telling me to wake up.
It
was all a dream. “This is an adventure
I’ll never forget” I said to myself.
Then
I saw that my shirt sleeves were ripped.
Maybe
it wasn’t a dream.

Lauren,
Lauren, it’s time to wake up! Says mom. As I opened
my eyes I saw my mom tugging on me. She
made me get up and get my clothes on. As
I opened my closet I saw nothing but superhero clothes.
I
went downstairs and saw that mom had coked breakfast. “What for breakfast
mom!” I said. “Waffles” she said. As I finished my waffles. I decided to go outside. I jumped up in the air
and the next thing I new I was flying.
“Wow!
Look at all the houses and bulding from here. Then after awhile of flying I saw my friend Suezie. She had just
saw a movie.
I
flew down to day hi. “Hi” I said to
her. She said “Why are you flying”. “I don’t know, I just went outside this
morning and the next thing I knew I was flying”. “would you like to
go for a ride” I said “Yeah” she said.
So I picked her up and then we were off.
“Oh
my gosh” she said.
We where flying higher and higher, and the I dropped
her. She was falling really fast. So I swooped down and saved her and put her
down on the ground. “Thank you, Thank
you so much” she said then I flew off toward home. Then wwhen I got
home, I had supper and went to bed. Then
I heard “Lauren, Lauren it’s time to get up”.
“What” I got out of bed jumped up and then fell on the floor. Was it a dream or was it real?
