
Below are instructions for downloading
using Netscape or Internet Explorer browsers.
To download these files you must have PowerPoint installed on your computer.
Files that are available for viewing can be viewed on a computer, even if it
doesn't have the PowerPoint software installed. For best viewing use the
Internet Explorer browser.
Downloading Presentations Through Internet Explorer

1. Locate the desired PowerPoint
presentation.
2. Right-click on the presentation hyperlink. The hyperlink
appear as underlined text and will read, "download the presentation."
3. A menu will appear (see sample below). Left-click "Save
Target As..."

4. A "Save As" dialog box will appear. Choose the location in
which the file will be stored and notice the name of the file, then click
SAVE.

Downloading Presentations

presentation.
2. Right-click on the presentation hyperlink. The hyperlink
appear as underlined text and will read, "download the presentation."
3. A menu will appear (see sample below). Left-click "Save Link
As..."

4. A "Save As" dialog box will appear. Choose the location in
which the file will be stored and notice the name of the file, then click
SAVE.

5. To view the file, locate it by going to the folder or drive on
which the file was stored and double-clicking the name of the file that was
downloaded. |
