Video presentation, “Zap Rap” provides education on awareness and electrical safety.  There are also presentations about he history of electricity, rural electrification, TVA, and the formation of AEC.  This could be coordinated through the social studies/Tennessee history classes/teachers.

A variety of video presentations are available for high school students, designed to share information and promote safety.  We also have several programs on the history of electricity and the formation of rural electrification.  Through the development of TVA and the birth of the Appalachian Electric Cooperative, we can help students understand the journey of bringing electricity to rural America
