Talbott Kindergarten is a fun place, full of activities and adventures. We focus on letter recognition through various activities like a beach party for letter "B", rodeo for "R" , and other activities. We have weekly themes in which we plan activities for Friday afternoons. We are working hard on learning to read basic sight words. We are looking forward to wonderful Easter activities. May is going to be a busy month full of learning and excitement. We will be working on addition and subtraction. We are planning field trips to the farm, zoo, and hospital. We will soon begin video conferencing in our classroom. We are excited about sharing ideas with other classrooms in Tennessee, other states, and other countries! We welcome you to contact our classroom.

We are busy at work in Kindergarten. We are hard at work preparing for first
grade. We have several emergent readers that we are so proud of ! Our children
are now enjoying checking books out of the library every week!
