Registering Your Child In Jefferson County Schools From A Previous Home School Program

To enroll a student in Jefferson County Schools that has previously been enrolled in a homeschool program:

• Please contact the principal (by telephone) of the school for which your student is zoned to schedule an appointment for an assessment.

• Please bring a copy with you of any recent state/national assessments for your student to the assessment appointment.

• Placements will be made after an appropriate review of all assessments.
