Teachers:

Attached is a Master List of all children screened by the FRC as of April 27^th, 2006.

·        Please highlight the names of every child who register at your school.

·        If a child’s name is not on your list, please give them a screening flyer (attached). There may be instances where a child’s name is not on the list and the parent states that the child has been screened. If this happens, simply add the child’s name on your list and we will take care of verifying parent information.

·        Due to limited space, we will be screening children BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, no walk-ins. Please remind parents to call before coming.

·        New this year, a counselor will be available at every school to screen a few children. The child will need to be 5 years of age in order for the counselor to conduct the screening.

·        We have included the school the child will attend (reported by the parent) at the time of screening. If this information is incorrect, please put the correct school so that we can make appropriate changes on our database.

·        We will continue to screen until Thursday May 4^th.

·        On Tuesday May 9th, we will provide your school with a List (child’s full name, D.O.B, Brigance score, speech and vision results and referral results, and school child will be attending) and Brigance packets of every child who registered at your school.
