Welcome to Mrs. Marion’s Pre-first Classroom

Let’s keep it simple to eliminate distractions during the teaching day.

Please do not purchase a plastic pencil box. Each student will be given a new ziploc plastic pencil pouch. 

You will need to purchase the following items for your pencil pouch:

1 SMALL box of Crayola crayons - we only need a few colors like orange, blue, green, red, yellow, purple, black , brown, white, grey, and pink.

1 pair of round - edged Fiskar scissors (please do not buy the pointed, sharp ended ones for safety reasons)

4 number 2 lead pencils

4 glue sticks

You will also need to purchase the following items, which we will share as a classroom throughout the school year:

1 box of white Kleenex

1 box of baby wipes

1 large refill container of Softsoap antibacterial handsoap (please do not buy the hand sanitizer that you just rub in. We prefer to wash our hands with warm soap and water. Also, a built-in moisturizer or aloe helps to keep the children’s hands from becoming too dry.

   A complete classroom/school packet will be given to you on registration day.
