Mrs. Haynes’ First Grade

Welcome to First Grade!  I am looking forward to having you in my class next year.  Here is a list of supplies that will be needed for the beginning of the year.

1.      Pack of Crayons (no more than 24, please)

2.     1 Pack of Pencils with #2 lead

3.     2 Glue Sticks

4.     Scissors (with a round point)

5.     1 Plastic 2 Pocket Folder (this will be used to send work home daily so please make sure it is plastic)

6.     1 Pencil Box

7.     3 Boxes of Kleenex

8.     1 Bottler of Germ-X Waterless Hand Sanitizer

9.     1 Box of Snack Size Zip-lock Bags

10. 1 Container of Clorox Wipes

11.   1 – 1 ½ inch “Durable” notebook (green in color)

12. 1 – 4 pack of highlighters (multi colored)

*No rolling backpacks, please.  We do not have room.

Some supplies will need to be repurchased as your child

runs out during the year (usually after Christmas).
