Project REACH is funded by the 21st Century Learning Center Program.  REACH will address goals in the areas of Reading achievement, Enrichment, the Arts, Community involvement, and Home to school connections.  Project REACH has three components:  The Early Learning Center at Rush Strong School, Enrichment and Arts at Jefferson County High School, and three Camp Read Along summer reading centers.
