TETC... Registration Is Still Open!

While today is the last day to take advantage of the Early Bird Rate, registration for TETC will remain open through November 30th! TETC is a 3-day conference hosted by the Tennessee Educational Technology Association (TETA) for educators across the state.  The conference includes keynote addresses by national leaders in technology, spotlight sessions presented by educators and educational technology personnel, and a massive vendor exhibit hall with vendors sharing and demonstrating the...

October Professional Development Dates

October Professional Development Opportunities are now available!  Be sure to check out the options for 1/2 Day sessions from 12:30 - 3:30 with substitutes provided for certified teachers.  After school session meet requirements for Self-Selected In-Service Hours and State Renewal Points!  Be sure to register quickly; with only 16 seats available, these sessions will fill up fast.  The first session is scheduled for next Thursday, so don't delay! Following an email regarding interruptions to the JCS Website, this GREAT follow-up prompted a new resource: Request:  Can you send instructions on how to add these short cuts to the desk top? Response:  The page Bookmark Websites has been added to the Resources Section of the ITPDC District-Wide Info Notebook that provides answers and resources.  I also added two questions to the Technology FAQs on the district website.  One under General Internet and Web Usage and another...
