Congratulations!
On Friday,
May 10th, 50 Jefferson County students
attended the Middle School Math Competition at
Pellissippi State Community College. A total of 609
students and 35 schools from East Tennessee
participated in the competition. Jake Bunch, Justin
France, and Kaitlyn Knight from Maury Middle School
each received a Top 20 Award. David Garber from
Jefferson Middle School placed 2nd and received
$250.

CAMP INVENTION is a week-long STEM
(Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) camp
designed to enrich and supplement the education of
your student. The camp is open to students in Jefferson
County Schools entering grades 4, 5, and 6 next year
(2013-14). Campers will engage in activity-oriented
explorations that will enhance their creativity and
problem solving skills....More
Students may choose between two locations:
Jefferson Middle School and Maury Middle Schools.
